Good Morning I was laid in bed today and it hit me Oh my goodness we are half way through the year! So much has been going on this six months have flown by.
Summer holidays are almost here I am always in two minds of weather summer holidays are easier or harder. On one hand no school runs, older children to help with the littles one and beautiful weather but on the other hand lack of routine and late nights makes grumpy children, probably heatwaves and trying to keep everyone cool not to mention the extortionate ice lolly bill!
The trick of course is to chill there is little I can do to change the wether, children sleeping patterns or someone’s mood before arriving. We can always plan ahead and break out the lolly moulds. Summer is what you make it and all else fails eat strawberries and scones and pour a large glass of pimm’s when everyone is in bed!
